These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ApplyMate ("ApplyMate", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

ApplyMate is a tool that lets you save job-application templates and send tailored application emails — with a resume attached — from your own connected Gmail account.

Your account

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your device and credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

Acceptable use

You agree that you will not use ApplyMate to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or any message that violates anti-spam laws (such as the CAN-SPAM Act or GDPR/ePrivacy rules).
• Send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with, abuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content of the emails you compose and send and for ensuring you have a lawful basis to contact each recipient.

Your use of Gmail through ApplyMate is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. ApplyMate is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. Gmail is a trademark of Google LLC.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by ApplyMate and protected by applicable laws. Content you create and upload remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to store and transmit it to provide the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every email will be delivered, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyMate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, missed opportunities, or job outcomes, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and revoke its access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
